Kavin is a Director with Strategy& in London, with 15+ years of experience in pricing, GTM and commercial excellence (ex Simon-Kucher).

He has extensive experience in pricing (strategy, models, levels, discounts, controls) and working with sales teams (structure, effectiveness, incentives, operations, training, collateral).

Prior to Strategy&, Kavin was the Head of Pricing and then Commercial Director at Elsevier (B2B software and content provider).

Kavin obtained his Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from University of Cambridge.
